A very important ingredient used in Indian as well as Italian cooking. No italian food is complete without the essence of garlic in it. You can grow garlic round the year with a mild climate for its existence. It has a pungent taste and has alot of medicinal values in it.

Every day my father wakes up around 4 :30 am religiously. And the very first thing he does in the morning is to eat raw 2-3 garlic cloves empty stomach. He has been doing this for a very long time. A healthy habit is not easy to give up.

 

 

So lets talk about some benefits of eating garlic

  • It is high in nutritional value
  • It helps in curing common cold
  • Reduces the blood pressure
  • Reduces the risk of Amnesia
  • Helps in controlling cholesterol level etc

Crude garlic is rancid, so keeping in mind the end goal to lessen it notice, you can basically add it to your sauce, plate of mixed green dressings and simply embellish it before serving.

Infact it also helps in keeping the vampires away.. 😉 so use your garlic wisely!!
